Braised Pork Belly with Cucumber, Scallions, Hoisin, and Pickled Jalapeno…
The belly gets braised for hours and happens to be my Grandmother’s recipe.

Crispy Pork Belly with Cucumber, Scallions, Hoisin, and Pickled Jalapeno…
This belly gets roasted and the skin gets taken off to then be deep fried into crispy pork rinds!

Red Curry Coconut Chicken with Crushed Peanuts, Cilantro, Fried Garlic and Shallots…
Whole Chickens are roasted in a Thai Red Curry Sauce, while the skin gets crisped up and all tossed together.

Duck Legs with Fresh Ginger, Cilantro, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Fried Garlic and Shallots…
Those duckies get braised in some fairly awesome sauce for hours until the meat just falls all off.

Participating vendors include Vaute Couture, DNAinfo New York, Bitter & Esters, Suds & the City Soap, Unlock a Secret, Divine Destiny Accessories and MAIZURU Eco-Luxury Stationery. We will also have a full day of Trick-or-Treating for the kids, as well as free fitness classes in the 3500 square foot gallery leval sponsored by the McBurney YMCA.
