Bite Size Kitchen serves up drool worthy, Asian street food
snacks like hot, pillowy buns filled with succulent, braised pork belly,
cucumber, scallions, hoisin and pickled jalapeños. Nom!

Held every weekend, Smorgasburg is an outdoor market that acts as a food artisan incubator for local, small businesses. When the market opened in 2010, Connie was honored to be included in the original crew of vendors selected to participate. What followed was a long, strange and

delicious trip that immersed Connie in a world of fellow food lovers, learning alongside one another how to feed the hungry masses real, fresh munchies and inspire them to come back for a second helping.

Smorgasburg is near and dear to Connie's heart–the exposure and experience she gained at the market ultimately led her to pursue her dream of connecting people through food by officially launching Bite Size Kitchen.

Come and savor the communalexperience of eating at Smorgasburg,the market hailed as “a glutton’s paradise” by Time Out New York.

You can find us on:

Saturdays at East River State Park, located at Kent Ave. and N. 7 St., on the Williamsburg waterfront.

Sundays at Pier 5 in Brooklyn Heights.

Both locations are open from 11am to 6pm, rain or shine, April through November.

In the cold months, Winter Smorgasburg runs from Late November to March on North 5th and Wythe Ave in Williamsburg!
