What’s on the menu?

Braised Pork Belly with Cucumber, Scallions, Hoisin, and Pickled Jalapeno…
The belly gets braised for hours and happens to be my Grandmother’s recipe.

Crispy Pork Belly with Cucumber, Scallions, Hoisin, and Pickled Jalapeno…
This belly gets roasted and the skin gets taken off to then be deep fried into crispy pork rinds!

Red Curry Coconut Chicken with Crushed Peanuts, Cilantro, Fried Garlic and Shallots…
Whole Chickens are roasted in a Thai Red Curry Sauce, while the skin gets crisped up and all tossed together.

Duck Legs with Fresh Ginger, Cilantro, Toasted Sesame Seeds, Fried Garlic and Shallots…
Those duckies get braised in some fairly awesome sauce for hours until the meat just falls all off.

See you every weekend with a SMILE!
By the way, we’ve moved on Saturdays, just one block North on North 7th and the waterfront!
Same spot in DUMBO on Sundays in the Tobacco Warehouse! WOOT!
Check it: Smorgasburg

From the bottom of our hearts.  We love our fans and all the new comers and everyone who walks into a food market hungry for an adventure.  This season was amazing and we can’t wait to come back in April.

We heart you!
And don’t forget, if you miss us, WE CATER! HOORAY!

You best come and get that Hot Steamy Bun before we go into hibernation!

But if you do miss us, so so much, just like we’ll miss you, make sure to call us, cause guess what?
WE CATER! YAY!

On Monday the 5th, we went down to the Rockaways to serve hot food to those displaced. Now we’re serving up food to help raise funds for the Rockaway rebuilding effort. Would you please join us in helping those in need?
